This album was written mostly based on the book of Psalms, with the main focus to trust in God even under difficult circumstances. The two songs, "Trusting You" and "I Will Believe You" are the foundation of the album. In the very moment of being overwhelmed and in a difficult season, instead of isolation, songwriter, Cain chose to turn to the word of God and opened it up to the book of Psalms. Immediately after feeling comfort while having the Bible open, these two songs were written on two separate moments.
